According to article 368, a bill of amendment is such a bill which wants to make one or more amendments to the constitutional propositions and which can be presented in the parliament without the approval of the President. This bill can only pass with the majority votes of 2/3 members of the house of parliament. The other house will also pass the bill similarly though in a separate convention.
